Although we now have our supplement line —JRF Supplements— our belief surrounding supplements has not changed. We still regard supplements as optional extras; meaning, they are not mandatory for getting results. With that said, if you're looking for the best results possible, in the shortest reasonable timeframe, then we highly recommend supplements are used conjunction with your personalised meal plan and workout program.
